LNG Dominates Louisiana’s $35 Billion of Projects Under Construction


September 6, 2023–Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)–Throughout the years, Louisiana has shown itself to be an industrial powerhouse, responsible for billions of dollars of construction activity each year. The state’s access to natural gas and its location on the Gulf Coast make it a prime destination for liquefied natural gas (LNG) export plants, which account for well over half of the value of the $35 billion worth of industrial projects presently under construction in the state.
